You may download PILAR free of charge:

• usage is free to read risk analysis results on files (.mgr)
• in order to generate / maintain a risk analysis project, a commercial license is required.
• in order to use Pilar on database commercial license is required.

Including:

1. one year guarantee against defects
2. the right to upgrade to new realeses, within the same version
   (e.g. from 5.1 to 5.6)

New versions (e.g. from 5.x up to 6.y):

• 15% of the standard price of the new version will be charged to upgrade from one version to the next one.
